Pennigum availability, lead times & care

How far in advance should I order?
For weekly florist supply, orders 2–3 days in advance are ideal. For large events and installs, we recommend 7–10 days’ notice so we can confirm volumes and logistics.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Retail buyers can order by small bunches. Florists and studios generally start from 5–10 bunches. Event and install work is quoted per project with bundle-based minimums.
How long does Pennigum last?
With clean water, cool storage and minimal handling, you can expect an estimated shelf life of 5–7 days. For events and shoots, we recommend using within 2–3 days of delivery for best movement and colour.
What stem lengths are available?
We standardise on 40cm and 60cm stems for ease of ordering and design planning. Custom lengths may be available on request for larger projects.
What is your freshness / refund policy?
If there is a quality issue with your Pennigum on arrival, contact us within 12 hours with photos. We’ll assess and, where appropriate, arrange replacements or credit for affected stems.
